AgileEngine is seeking an Agentic AI Engineer to design and build AI agents that analyze infrastructure discovery logs and automate complex troubleshooting. You will integrate Gen AI capabilities such as RAG and vector databases into production systems using Python and REST APIs.

This is a software engineering role focused on production-grade solutions, API design, data pipelines, and ensuring robust testing and guardrails before deployment. Remote LATAM-friendly.

Formación

• 4+ years of software engineering experience with Python and REST API design.
• Experience building data-processing pipelines and production-grade automation.
• Experience integrating Gen AI APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic) and RAG/vector databases.
• Strong SDLC practice including Git/GitHub, CI/CD, automated testing and security scanning.

Responsabilidades

• Design and build AI agents that analyze Discovery logs and errors at scale.
• Classify and correlate failures, troubleshoot, identify root causes, and suggest fixes.
• Develop data pipelines and API integrations to feed telemetry into the AI ecosystem.
• Ensure testing and guardrails before production changes.
