ARQ is seeking a Head of Growth for Argentina to lead growth, brand presence, and P&L for the market. You will bridge global teams with the Argentinian market, driving local campaigns and partnerships while shaping product roadmap with local insights.

You will oversee ATL and performance marketing, build the local team, and craft strategies to scale revenue and user growth in a fast-growing fintech ecosystem.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional experience in top-tier consulting or bulge bracket investment banks.
• Experience in senior operating roles at a VC-backed tech company.
• Deep understanding of the Argentinian market and consumer behavior.
• Structured problem-solving and clear communication of findings.
• Proficiency in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Act as ARQ’s primary representative in Argentina and build and strengthen ARQ’s presence and brand in the market, including PR and earned media.
• Own local marketing P&L, driving user and revenue growth, margin optimization, and improved unit economics.
• Build and maintain relationships with local partners, brand ambassadors, influencers, and affiliates.
• Drive ATL efforts across TV, OTT, OOH, radio, and other mass media to maximize brand reach and efficiency.
• Collaborate with global performance marketing and creative teams to ensure brand localisation.
• Build scalable processes to support long-term growth and hire, develop, and lead the local team.
• Influence the local product roadmap by identifying growth-driving products or features.

The Role

We are looking for a Head of Growth for Argentina to lead our growth in the country.

This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for representing ARQ locally, driving growth, and owning the country’s acquisition and branding P&L. You will act as the bridge between our global teams and the Argentinian market - bringing local insights to inform strategy and product roadmap, while executing campaigns that resonate with the local audience.

What you'll be doing

• Act as ARQ’s primary representative in Argentina and build and strengthen ARQ’s presence and brand in the market, including ARQ's PR and earned media presence in the country.

• Own local marketing P&L, driving user and revenue growth, margin optimization, and improved unit economics

• Build and maintain relationships with local partners, brand ambassadors, influencers, and affiliates

• Drive Above-The-Line (ATL) efforts, including TV, OTT, OOH, radio, and other mass media to maximize brand reach and efficiency

• Act as the voice of the local market, collaborate with global performance marketing and creative teams to ensure brand consistency and localisation across every channel

• Build scalable processes to support long-term growth, and hire, develop, and lead the local team over time

• Influence the local product roadmap by identifying products or features that could unlock growth in the local market

What you’ll need to succeed

• 7+ years of professional experience, including top-tier management consulting (e.g., BCG, Bain, McKinsey, OW) or a bulge bracket investment bank, combined with senior operating roles at a high-growth VC-backed tech company.

• Deep understanding of the Argentinian market and consumer behavior is a must

• Structured problem-solving: you break down ambiguous challenges into clear frameworks, move fast, and communicate findings with precision

• Ability to coordinate external partners: media, celebrities, influencers, or affiliates, and manage multiple relationships simultaneously

• A self-starter who thrives in ambiguity, takes full ownership, and can lead projects end to end without hand-holding

• Track record of building and leading high-performing teams

• Proficiency in English and Spanish
