Job summary

ARQ, a fast-growing fintech, is seeking a high-impact leader to drive growth strategy at scale from Buenos Aires. You will partner with founders and cross-functional teams to turn ambitious problems into prioritized bets with measurable outcomes.

You’ll own end-to-end initiatives to accelerate growth, improve unit economics, and make operations more efficient, leveraging data, market research, SQL, and AI/automation. Office 3-4 days in-office.

Qualifications

• Experience solving complex growth challenges in fast-paced settings.
• Ability to translate insights into actionable plans and measurable results.
• Strong communication skills with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Own strategic and operational initiatives end to end, from problem definition to measurement.
• Identify opportunities to accelerate growth, improve unit economics, and increase efficiency.
• Turn data, customer insights, and market research into clear recommendations and actions.
• Build and scale processes and workflows using AI/automation to move faster.
• Define and track success metrics; address issues and drive improvements.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, operations, finance and compliance to unblock decisions.
• Lead partnerships with external providers and strategic partners when relevant.
