Job summary

ARQ is seeking a Head of Growth for Argentina to lead our growth in the country, owning local acquisition and branding P&L and representing ARQ locally. You will bridge global teams with the Argentinian market, driving campaigns that resonate with local audiences and shaping the product roadmap with local insights.

You will build and lead the Buenos Aires hub, manage key partnerships, and scale the local growth function over time in a high-growth fintech environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in growth, consulting, or senior operating roles.
• Strong understanding of the Argentinian market and consumer behavior.
• Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams.

Responsibilities

• Act as ARQ Argentina's primary growth representative and build brand presence in the market.
• Own local marketing P&L, drive user and revenue growth, and improve unit economics.
• Develop partnerships with media, influencers, and affiliates; manage multiple relationships.
• Lead ATL campaigns (TV, OTT, OOH, radio) to maximize reach and efficiency.
• Coordinate with global teams to ensure brand consistency and localization.
• Build scalable processes and hire/lead the local team over time.
• Influence local product roadmap to unlock growth opportunities.
