The Head of Growth will build and execute the growth strategy, driving customer acquisition, activation, and conversion.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS growth or performance marketing, primarily in hands-on roles.
• Proven experience managing paid advertising budgets and optimizing campaign performance.
• Practical experience with lifecycle email, conversion optimization, and SEO.

Aufgaben

• Launch and optimize paid campaigns across Google, Meta, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
• Improve landing pages, trial sign-up flows, activation, and conversion to paid subscriptions.
• Build lifecycle email campaigns, including onboarding, activation, win-back, and expansion.
• Drive SEO, AI search visibility (GEO), social media, and content initiatives.
• Set up tracking and report on customer acquisition costs, payback period, and channel performance.
• Manage multiple customer accounts, presenting strategies, results, and recommendations in regular meetings.
• Document customer results, develop case studies, and support partner and affiliate marketing.
• Collaborate with the founders and Account Executive, sharing customer insights and product feedback.

Our client, is an early-stage SaaS company building an AI-powered marketing platform for small and mid-sized businesses. The platform combines marketing strategy with specialized AI agents that execute across SEO, paid advertising, email, social media, content, and analytics, with owner approval before publishing.

The company is preparing its market launch and hiring its first team members.

About The Role

Our client is looking for a Head of Growth to build and execute its growth strategy, driving customer acquisition, activation, and conversion.

As the first marketing hire, you will combine strategic ownership with hands-on execution, personally launching campaigns, improving funnels, and analyzing results. You will also use Kovatron to support its first 50 customers, working closely with the founders and Account Executive while providing feedback to improve the platform.

Key Responsibilities

Preferred Qualifications

• Agency experience or experience marketing products that compete with agency services.
• Familiarity with AI marketing tools and GEO.

First 90 Days

• Month 1: Set up end-to-end tracking, launch the “AI Visibility Score” tool, and run initial paid campaigns.
• Month 2: Optimize landing pages and the trial flow based on data, and launch lifecycle email sequences.
• Month 3: Establish a repeatable acquisition channel with a clear customer acquisition cost and generate a steady flow of qualified demos for the Account Executive.
