Job summary

ScaleUp is hiring a Head of Growth to lead growth strategy for its AI-powered marketing platform. This is a fully remote role, joining as the first marketing hire to own acquisition, activation, and conversion.

You will personally launch campaigns, optimize funnels, and analyze results, while supporting early customers and feeding feedback to improve the platform. English proficiency is essential for remote collaboration with founders and customers.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS growth or performance marketing.
Proven experience managing paid advertising budgets and optimizing campaign performance.
Practical experience with lifecycle email, conversion optimization, and SEO.
Strong analytical skills and proficiency with marketing analytics tools.
Ability to manage multiple accounts and communicate effectively with clients.
Advanced written and spoken English.
Autonomy, proactivity, and comfort building processes in an early-stage startup.

Responsibilities

Launch and optimize paid campaigns across Google, Meta, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
Improve landing pages, trial sign-up flows, activation, and conversion to paid subscriptions.
Build lifecycle email campaigns, including onboarding, activation, win-back, and expansion.
Drive SEO, AI search visibility (GEO), social media, and content initiatives.
Set up tracking and report on customer acquisition costs, payback period, and channel performance.
Manage multiple customer accounts, presenting strategies, results, and recommendations in regular meetings.
Document customer results, develop case studies, and support partner and affiliate marketing.
Collaborate with the founders and Account Executive, sharing customer insights and product feedback.
