Political Asylum Lawyers, a Houston-based immigration law firm, seeks an Accounting & Finance Manager (Hands-on) to lead financial operations, accounting systems, and payroll oversight. You will manage billing, cash flow forecasting, and financial reporting, while ensuring trust accounting compliance and strong internal controls.

This is a hands-on role guiding finance staff and coordinating with leadership.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing day-to-day financial operations.
• Experience with billing, accounts receivable, payroll oversight, and financial reporting.
• Knowledge of trust accounting compliance and internal controls.

Responsabilités

• Perform and manage day-to-day financial operations, workflows, and procedures.
• Prepare monthly financial statements and budgeting/forecasting analysis.
• Own the billing and collections process, including AR aging and client invoicing.
• Maintain trust accounting and compliance in line with legal requirements.
