Responsibilities

• Own and continuously improve day-to-day financial operations, including accounting, billing, A/R, A/P, payroll, and tax coordination.
• Maintain clean and current financial records in the accounting system and support the legal team with billing and collections data.
• Prepare monthly financial statements and key reports; analyze variances and provide actionable insights.
• Lead annual budgeting and forecasting processes; monitor cash flow and working capital.
• Maintain internal controls and ensure compliance with financial policies across the firm.
• Support leadership decisions on pricing, profitability, and strategic financial planning.
