Job summary

Oaklawn Jockey Club is seeking a Call Center Agent to manage reservations, handle cancellations, and assist guests in selecting accommodations and packages. You will maintain a friendly, professional image while serving guests at our hotel/casino property.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in hospitality or call center roles, experience with hotel front desk operations, and proficiency with booking software and INFOR HM System. Night/weekend shifts may be required.

Qualifications

• Luxury hotel experience preferred.
• 2+ years hotel/resort experience.
• 2+ years guest service experience.
• 2+ years call center experience preferred.
• Hotel front desk/reservation experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain reservation records and process cancellations or modifications.
• Assist guests in selecting accommodations and packages.
• Provide friendly, professional service at all times.
• Book room reservations using the Property Management System.
• Answer telephone and email inquiries promptly.
• Upsell hotel rooms and facilities to maximize revenue.
