CBRE Workplace Experience Coordinator position based in Buenos Aires focuses on delivering world-class customer service to employees and guests in a designated building. You will greet visitors, manage passes, answer calls, arrange activities, and coordinate with vendors and security to ensure a smooth workplace experience.

The role involves handling events, onboarding, and daily office services with a focus on professional communication and reliable execution of tasks in a corporate setting.

Formación

• High School Diploma.
• Up to 2 years of job-related experience as receptionist in corporate offices or front desk in hospitality.
• Ability to follow basic work routines and standards.
• Strong communication skills to exchange straightforward information.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
• Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Greet visitors and issue passes, following security protocols.
• Answer calls professionally and assist with presentations.
• Arrange recreational, dining and business activities as requested.
• Manage janitorial or maintenance work orders and coordinate services.
• Address inquiries with a customer-service mindset and provide solutions.
• Organize and manage on-site events, including setup and teardown.
• Follow security and emergency procedures and coordinate with vendors.
• Explain information clearly and follow manager directions.
