Job summary

OneSeven Tech is seeking a Growth & SEO Analyst to scale our US B2B tech presence. You’ll own paid acquisition and organic growth strategies, targeting IT decision-makers and turning campaigns into qualified pipeline within a hands-on role.

The position is fully remote in Latin America, aligned with EST business hours, part-time at 20 hours/week, with a six-month trial and potential transition to full-time. PTO accrues after the trial, and referrals are rewarded.

Qualifications

• 3-4+ years of experience running marketing campaigns targeting the US market
• Hands-on experience managing paid campaigns, primarily on Google Ads
• Background in B2B marketing, ideally within the IT / tech services industry
• Experience marketing software development or AI services
• Experience with SEO tools and analytics platforms
• Solid understanding of marketing and growth strategies (acquisition, conversion, retention)
• Portfolio showcasing relevant campaigns and results
• Availability to work 20 hours/week aligned with EST business hours

Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and optimize Google Ads campaigns targeting US B2B audiences
• Design and execute growth strategies to generate qualified leads in the IT market
• Drive SEO initiatives to improve organic visibility and traffic
• Track, analyze, and report campaign performance, iterating based on data
• Work side by side with the Marketing team, including a Marketing Specialist and an SDR, reporting directly to and collaborating closely with the CEO
• Own campaign results end-to-end, from strategy to measurable outcomes

Compensation: $25 - $30 USD/hour

Project Brief

We’re looking for a Growth & SEO Analyst to help scale our presence in the US B2B tech market. You’ll own paid acquisition and organic growth strategies aimed at IT decision-makers, turning campaigns into qualified pipeline. This is a hands‑on role for someone who has already run campaigns for US audiences and knows how to make every ad dollar count.

Must-Haves

• 3-4+ years of experience running marketing campaigns targeting the US market

• $25 - $30 USD/hour - paid in USD, bi-weekly via Deel
