This remote role requires managing a distributed global team and optimizing the revenue engine across pipeline, onboarding, delivery, and retention. The ideal candidate has proven experience growing a services business to multiple millions in revenue, and can implement KPI-driven management, pricing strategy, and orchestration

Qualifications

• Must have prior remote work experience and fluency with remote collaboration platforms (Slack, Zoom, ClickUp, Google Workspace).
• Experience building and scaling a services business from early stage to multi-million revenue.
• Evidence of owning both commercial growth and operational delivery.

Responsibilities

• Own the full revenue engine: pipeline generation, sales execution, onboarding, delivery quality, retention.
• Lead a distributed global team across time zones with KPIs and weekly accountability rhythms.
• Drive MRR growth by coordinating with sales resources and closing new business as needed.
• Define and enforce a MRR-first commercial model: packaging, pricing, scope controls, and engagement minimums.
• Run weekly sales and operations cadences with live scorecards and monthly reviews.
