Bridgenext is seeking a Product Analyst to support the Product Owner by translating business needs into stories for the squad backlog. The role focuses on understanding user needs, writing detailed requirements, and guiding features through definition of done and readiness for sprint.

Applicants should have strong experience in backlog management, requirement gathering, and cross-functional collaboration with engineering and UX teams. This is a remote LATAM role, preferably based in Argentina.

Formación

• Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken).
• Experience gathering requirements and translating into a product vision across engineering, UX, and product teams.
• Proven ability to manage a product backlog and release plan, track team metrics, and participate in ceremonies.
• Leadership in cross-functional self-organized teams and delivering measurable outcomes.
• Ability to translate business needs into user stories and define acceptance criteria.

Responsabilidades

• Understand user needs and translate them into detailed requirements for the squad backlog.
• Build use cases, write and manage user stories, visualizations, and process flows.
• Explain how requirements can be implemented functionally and improve user experience.
• Stay 2-3 sprints ahead to ensure features have a clear definition of done and readiness for sprint.
• Communicate vision to developers and testers and participate in UAT when needed.
• Document confirmed business processes to aid development and IT support.
• Maintain deep understanding of business processes to align backlog priorities with needs.
• Track metrics and build reports to measure progress.
• Manage dependencies with other squads in collaboration with the PO and Product Manager.
• Ensure SDLC documentation and compliance activities are up to date.
