Lendbuzz is seeking a Senior Product Analyst to shape product strategy across the loan application lifecycle in Argentina. You will transform product metrics into actionable recommendations by partnering with product, engineering, and operations teams.

You will build dashboards, run experiments, and drive insights that improve growth, efficiency, and user experience while aligning with a diverse, global team.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in data/product analysis.
• SQL proficiency with complex queries (CTEs, window functions).
• Proficiency in BI tools like Sigma, Tableau, or Power BI; DBT is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of Python and Git.
• Strong data experimentation and statistical analysis background.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct deep-dive exploratory analyses to understand user pain points, ah-ah moments, and product usage insights.
• Collaborate with product teams to build reusable or ad hoc data views, influencing strategy, design, and development.
• Design, develop, and maintain dashboards and reports using SQL or scripting languages, offering real-time visibility into product performance.
• Track and evaluate the success of product launches and A/B experiments; monitor system and product performance post-launch.
• Conduct quality checks on analytics events and recommend enhancements to amplify product performance.
• Participate actively in agile processes, from design through implementation and deployment.
• Identify trends and conversion opportunities within the loan origination process.

We’re seeking a Senior Product Analyst who will inform product strategy across the entire loan application lifecycle. You’ll play a pivotal role in shaping Lendbuzz’s future by ensuring that both what we build and how we optimize the application experience are guided by robust, accurate insights. Collaborating closely with product managers, engineers, and operations teams, you’ll turn product metrics into actionable recommendations that drive growth, enhance efficiency, and elevate user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Analytics:

• Conduct deep-dive exploratory analyses to understand user pain points, “ah-ah” moments, and product usage insights
• Collaborate with product teams to build reusable or ad hoc data views, influencing strategy, design, and development
• Design, develop, and maintain dashboards and reports using SQL (CTEs, window functions, etc.) or scripting languages, offering real-time visibility into product performance
• Track and evaluate the success of product launches and A/B experiments; monitor system and product performance post-launch
• Conduct quality checks on analytics events and recommend enhancements to amplify product performance
• Participate actively in agile processes, from design through implementation and deployment

AppLife Analytics:

• Ability to identify trends and conversion opportunities within the loan origination process
• Partner with product managers and engineers to design data requirements to ensure proper success measurement of new features
• Create anomaly detection that identifies shifts in behavior that could indicate a production issue
• Dive deep into user behavior and find insights that informs product teams on how to influence different personas
• Analyze verification flows and illuminate opportunities for automation working with product and ML/AI teams
• Find ways to measure internal team performance within the underwriting, sales, and funding departments

Key Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in data/product analysis
• SQL expertise; comfortable with complex queries, including CTEs and window functions
• Proficiency in BI tools like Sigma, Tableau, or Power BI; experience with DBT is a plus
• Basic knowledge of Python and Git
• Strong data experimentation and statistical analysis background
• Expertise in product analytics tools like Heap, Amplitude, or Mixpanel
• Excellent around cross-functional collaboration (Product, Engineering, Ops)
• Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and business acumen
• Creative, proactive, organized, and growth-minded
• Fluent in English (written and verbal)
