My Hero VA is seeking a Business Operations & Growth Manager for a fully remote role. You will work directly with the business owner to build and optimize internal departments, implement new software and AI solutions, create scalable systems and SOPs, and drive initiatives that support rapid growth.

This hands-on role requires strategic thinking while independently delivering projects from planning through execution; strong English communication and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in business operations or operations management.
• Strong English communication at C1/C2 level.
• Ability to document SOPs and scalable systems.
• Experience with software, automation, and AI tools.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.

Responsibilities
