Spartan Investment Group seeks a Senior Growth Marketing Specialist to unite paid media, SEO, content, and landing pages into a single high-efficiency growth engine for FreeUpStorage. This hands-on role drives acquisition, testing, and optimization across channels with a focus on measurable rentals and occupancy growth.

The candidate will work closely with the Marketing Director and cross-functional teams to diagnose funnel issues, launch tests, and deliver a repeatable, scalable growth program

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, Communications, or related discipline.
• 7+ years in growth marketing, demand generation, performance marketing, or customer acquisition.
• Proven record of increasing qualified leads, conversions, revenue, or rentals.
• Hands-on experience managing multi-channel acquisition programs.
• Advanced understanding of paid media, landing pages, conversion optimization, analytics, attribution, CRM, and lead nurturing.
• Diagnose funnel problems and translate data into action quickly.
• Multi-location or facility-level marketing with different budgets and local conditions preferred.
• Experience in real estate or location-based consumer business preferred.
• Advanced English proficiency and overlap with US business hours.

Aufgaben

• Own the complete customer acquisition system for FreeUpStorage and drive growth.
• Diagnose performance issues, build campaigns, direct channel execution, and launch tests.
• Analyze lead quality and adjust campaigns to improve rentals and revenue.
• Collaborate with the Marketing Director and specialists across paid media, SEO, content, web, and partnerships to align efforts.
• Lead monthly Marketing/Operations performance reviews and ensure action items are completed.
• Aim to increase qualified lead volume 15–20% YoY and lift lead-to-rental conversions to 35%+.
