Job summary

Spartan Investment Group is seeking a Senior Growth Marketing Specialist to unify paid, organic, and landing-page strategies into a single conversion system. You will own the customer acquisition pipeline for FreeUpStorage, diagnosing issues, building campaigns, running tests, and driving faster lead-to-rental conversions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, Communications, or related discipline
• Minimum 7 years of experience in growth marketing, demand generation, performance marketing, or customer acquisition
• Proven record of increasing qualified lead volume, conversion, revenue, rentals, or another measurable customer outcome
• Deep hands-on experience managing and optimizing multi-channel acquisition programs
• Advanced understanding of paid media, landing pages, conversion optimization, analytics, attribution, CRM, and lead nurturing
• Ability to diagnose complex funnel problems and turn findings into practical actions quickly
• Multi-location or facility-level marketing with different budgets, priorities, and local market conditions preferred
• Knowledge of local SEO, AI-powered marketing tools, call analytics, and offline conversion tracking preferred
• English Proficiency: Advanced professional fluency in English in meetings, presentations, email, and other business communications with U.S.-based stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Own the complete customer acquisition system for FreeUpStorage, diagnosing performance issues
• Build campaigns and direct channel execution across paid and organic channels
• Launch tests, analyze lead quality, and implement fast adjustments for more qualified leads
• Improve ROAS across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and Meta Ads
• Stand up full-funnel reporting with spend through rentals and revenue
• Coordinate monthly performance reviews with cross-functional teams
• Develop recovery plans for underperforming facilities with measurable improvements
