Job summary

Spartan Investment Group is seeking a Senior Growth Marketing Specialist to connect all growth channels into a single conversion system for FreeUpStorage. The role is hands-on, overseeing paid media, SEO, content, and landing pages to drive measurable rentals and occupancy growth.

You will diagnose performance issues, launch tests, and optimize campaigns while collaborating with the Marketing Director and cross-functional teams. Remote work with significant overlap to US hours is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, Communications, or related discipline.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in growth marketing, demand generation, performance marketing, or customer acquisition.
• Proven record of increasing qualified lead volume, conversion, revenue, rentals, or measurable customer outcomes.
• Hands-on experience managing and optimizing multi-channel acquisition programs.
• Advanced understanding of paid media, landing pages, conversion optimization, analytics, attribution, CRM, and lead nurturing.
• Experience with multi-location or facility-level marketing is preferred.
• English proficiency: Advanced professional fluency required.

Responsibilities

• Own the complete customer acquisition system for FreeUpStorage: diagnose performance issues, build campaigns, direct channel execution, launch tests, analyze lead quality, and adjust quickly.
• Align paid media, organic search, landing pages, promotions, testing, lead quality, attribution, and facility priorities into one growth engine.
• Collaborate with Marketing Director and specialists across paid media, SEO, content, web, digital experience, customer experience, and local partnerships.
• Increase qualified lead volume for FreeUpStorage by 15–20% YoY, track by facility and channel.
• Lift lead-to-rental conversion rate to 35% or higher; reduce cost per qualified lead by 10–15% within 6 months.
• Grow completed rentals and marketing-attributed revenue by 15–20% YoY.
