Job summary

Spartan Investment Group is seeking a Senior Growth Marketing Specialist to drive multi-channel customer acquisition for FreeUpStorage. You will diagnose performance issues, build campaigns, and lead cross-functional efforts across paid media, SEO, content, and CRM.

You will work with the Marketing Director and specialists to improve lead quality, conversions, and revenue while adhering to data-driven decision making and experimentation best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Marketing, Business, Analytics, Communications, or related discipline.
• 7+ years in growth marketing, demand generation, or customer acquisition.
• Deep hands-on experience with multi-channel acquisition programs and analytics.

Responsibilities

• Own the complete customer acquisition system for FreeUpStorage, diagnosing performance issues and building campaigns.
• Direct channel execution, launching tests, and analyzing lead quality for fast adjustments.
• Collaborate with Marketing Director and specialists across paid media, SEO, content, web, and CRM.
• Drive improvements in qualified leads, conversion rates, and marketing-attributed revenue.
