Job summary

Spartan Investment Group is seeking a Senior Growth Marketing Specialist to connect every growth channel into a unified system that translates marketing activity into measurable rentals and occupancy growth. You will own the customer acquisition funnel, diagnose performance issues, and drive campaigns across paid media, SEO, content, and partnerships.

The role requires deep hands-on experience in multi-channel acquisition, advanced analytics, and the ability to work with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, Communications, or related discipline.
7+ years of experience in growth marketing, demand generation, performance marketing, or customer acquisition.
Proven record of increasing qualified lead volume, conversion, revenue, rentals, or another measurable customer outcome.
Deep hands-on experience managing and optimizing multi-channel acquisition programs.
Advanced understanding of paid media, landing pages, conversion optimization, analytics, attribution, CRM, and lead nurturing.

Responsibilities

Owns the complete customer acquisition system for FreeUpStorage, diagnosing performance issues and launching tests.
Aligns paid media, SEO, content, and local partnerships to drive growth for multiple facilities.
Uncovers performance issues, builds campaigns, and makes fast adjustments to improve lead quality and rentals.
Drives reporting and analytics to track progress and optimize spend across channels.
