Job summary

Hire Hangar, Inc. is seeking a Creative Traffic Manager for fully remote, LATAM-based work with US Central-time availability.

You will own client accounts end to end, write brand messaging and copy, and manage SEO, social, and paid media campaigns directly, including tracking and ad-structure setup. You’ll build Claude-based workflows, convert repeat tasks into scalable processes, and ensure tone and trust across multisite clients in aesthetics and healthcare spaces.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of creative/marketing project management experience, preferably in an agency environment.
• Strong ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously with attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for updates to leadership.

Responsibilities

• Create & Maintain Project Timelines across campaigns.
• Coordinate Cross-Functional Teams including designers, copywriters, and strategists.
• Manage Workload & Resources by assessing capacity and reallocating tasks.
• Track & Report Progress with status updates and risk identification.
• Optimize Processes by spotting workflow inefficiencies and implementing improvements.
• Facilitate Communication as the main contact for internal teams and stakeholders.
