Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Engineering, Analytics, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in data engineering, data integration, BI, or related disciplines.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and experience developing complex queries, stored procedures, and data transformations.
• Experience building and maintaining ETL/ELT processes and data pipelines.
• Knowledge of data modeling, database design, and data warehousing concepts.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to both technical and nontechnical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain data pipelines, integrations, and workflows that support reporting and analytics needs.
• Build and optimize data models, data warehouses, and data marts to ensure efficient access to business-critical information.
• Integrate data from multiple internal and external sources while maintaining data quality, consistency, and governance standards.
• Monitor and troubleshoot data processes to ensure reliability, performance, and availability.
• Develop and implement data validation, cleansing, and quality control processes to ensure data accuracy.
• Establish and maintain data definitions, business rules, and documentation to support consistent reporting.
