AGS Youth Soccer Club seeks an exceptional Head of Growth to own paid customer acquisition across youth and adult sports brands, operating in the Greater Toronto Area and South Florida. You will manage an annual paid media budget of approximately CAD 700,000, with a goal to double to CAD 1.4 million over the next 2.5 years, owning the CPA and running the accounts hands-on.

Formación

• 5+ years hands-on paid acquisition experience.
• 2+ years managing $500K+/year budgets.
• Proof of owning CPA/CAC targets with numbers.
• Proficiency with PMax, Advantage+, CAPI, and offline conversions.
• Spanish fluency is a plus; US market focus.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee end-to-end paid media across Google, Meta, and new channels.
• Rebuild measurement foundations: server-side tracking and deduplication.
• Hands-on campaign management and budget optimization.
• Lead creative testing and weekly cadence for performance.
• Plan budget calendars for Canadian and Florida seasons.
• Deliver weekly scorecards on CPA, spend, and velocity.
