Base360.ai is seeking a founding Growth Marketer to reach short-term rental operators and property managers. You will drive demo bookings, qualified leads, and customers across paid ads, SEO, outbound, content, partnerships, and lifecycle marketing.

This hands-on, entrepreneurial role involves experimenting quickly, working with the founder, and building a growth engine from the ground up. Prior experience in growth marketing is highly valued.

Formación

• Proven growth marke ting experience, preferably in B2B SaaS or startups.
• Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making.
• Experience with paid ads, SEO, outbound, content marketing, and partnerships.

Responsabilidades

• Own growth channel strategy and execution across multiple channels.
• Generate qualified leads and drive demo bookings through campaigns.
• Understand customers and what drives switch to our software.
• Run rapid experiments and scale winning tactics.
• Apply AI to research, copy, targeting, and automation.
• Build high-converting funnels and landing pages.
• Collaborate with founder on positioning and messaging.
• Track metrics: lead quality, CAC, and pipeline contribution.
