TurFresh is hiring a GoHighLevel & Business Automation Specialist to design, implement, and optimize automated workflows. The role focuses on configuring GoHighLevel CRM, building funnels, and connecting tools via APIs to streamline operations across LatAm and US teams.

You will train colleagues, maintain data integrity, and continuously improve automation to drive ROI while working remotely during US PST hours.

Formación

• 2+ years configuring GoHighLevel for business automations.
• Expert in no-code/low-code funnel building and CRM workflows.
• Proven ability to design efficient business automations.
• Strong analytical skills to optimize workflows.
• Clear communication of technical info with stakeholders.
• Fluent English for global collaboration.

Responsabilidades

• Set up and tailor GoHighLevel CRM, pipelines, and automation workflows.
• Design and build sales funnels and marketing workflows with integrations.
• Elevate customer journey across service categories.
• Translate operational needs into automated solutions with teams.
• Analyze and optimize automation systems for efficiency.
• Provide GoHighLevel training and ongoing support.
• Ensure data transfer integrity between GoHighLevel and connected systems.
• Identify and fix automation failures or data issues.
• Liaise with third-party providers for new integrations.
• Build dashboards and reports to track KPIs and ROI.
• Stay current with GoHighLevel features and best practices.
