Clara is a fast-growing B2B fintech in Latin America that enables companies to automate payments and manage spend. We are seeking an ambitious engineer who loves turning automation ideas into working tools that impact pipeline, activation, and onboarding.

You will operate at the intersection of Lifecycle, Sales, and AI, delivering agents, workflows, and internal products that scale beyond headcount alone. You’ll ship SDR co-pilots, onboarding flows, and lifecycle automations in days, and you’ll

Formación

• 2+ years building automation or AI-powered internal tools.
• Experience integrating APIs across systems (CRM, marketing automation, sales tooling).
• Familiar with HubSpot, Customer.io, or Salesforce.
• Strong written and verbal English.
• Bias toward shipping over planning.

Responsabilidades

• Build AI-powered prospecting and SDR tooling: design and ship agents/workflows that find, qualify, and engage prospects.
• Own lifecycle automation end to end: onboarding, activation, and retention flows across email, WhatsApp, and push.
• Design the SDR-to-AE handoff as a system: instrument lead scoring, routing, and handoff logic.
• Prototype fast, validate faster: go from idea to working internal tool in days, measure against metrics.
• Partner cross-functionally: work with Sales, Lifecycle, and Data/Eng to ensure adoption.
• Turn data into iteration: measure CAC payback, meetings, activation rate, and pipeline.
