Fyerx is seeking an experienced Workday Payroll Consultant to design, configure, and optimize our global payroll operations. The ideal candidate will bridge complex corporate accounting, regional tax mandates, and compensation data into precise, automated, and secure cloud calculation pipelines.

The role requires 5–8 years in enterprise payroll, with 4+ years in Workday Payroll, and a Workday Certified Payroll credential.

Competenze

• 5 to 8 years of enterprise payroll engine experience.
• 4+ dedicated years designing and maintaining Workday Payroll.
• Strong mastery of Workday Payroll calculation logic.
• Mandatory certification: Workday Certified Payroll.

Mansioni

• Configure and manage core Workday Payroll components, including earning/deduction codes and calculation rules.
• Design and maintain tax configuration structures for automated multi-state and local compliance.
• Construct payroll accounting tables mapping payroll runs to the GL and resolve balance issues.
• Build BP rules for payroll routing and validation checks to prevent errors.
• Govern compliance and settlement runs, including bank integrations for direct deposit and EFT.
• Support tax filing and year-end procedures, including W-2, T4, and quarter-end reporting.
• Lead upgrade evaluation runs for biannual platform releases and perform regression testing.
