Job summary

Tudip is seeking a Global Delivery Manager to oversee the ATP instructor network, onboarding new instructors, maintaining records, and ensuring compliant scheduling. You will be the operational contact for ATP instructors and partner teams, handling day-to-day questions and workflows.

You will coordinate access to equipment and labs, track progress in Airtable, and escalate exceptions to project managers. Strong English communication with global teams is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating onboarding and access for instructors, contractors or external partners.
• Proven record keeping and request tracking with every item followed through to completion.
• Experience checking assignments against defined rules and flagging exceptions clearly and professionally.

Responsibilities

• Run instructor onboarding: send welcome emails, coordinate equipment access, and schedule teach-backs; track requests in Airtable to completion.
• Keep instructor records up to date: verify certification badges and update course approvals and ramping status; record ready dates and follow up.
• Monitor ATP scheduling for compliance: review assignments vs Airtable approvals and flag uncertified instructors to project managers and Engage team.
• Answer routine partner requests: respond to access, vouchers, and where materials live; route out-of-scope items to Training Support or Delivery lead.
