Job summary

Solvo Global Inc. is seeking an experienced Training Manager to lead our Learning & Development strategy and manage a team of Trainers and QA Specialists.

The role focuses on growing employees across the organization by delivering structured programs and partnering with clients for needs assessment. Responsibilities include building the annual L&D plan, designing onboarding and leadership programs, and driving KPIs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Training or Learning & Development
• 2+ years leading training teams
• Experience in Sales, BPO, Contact Center, or Shared Services environments
• Knowledge of instructional design methodologies (ADDIE or similar)
• Experience with LMS platforms and training programs
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
• Advanced English

Responsibilities

• Build and execute the annual Learning & Development plan
• Design onboarding, soft skills, communication, and leadership programs
• Lead and develop a team of Trainers and QA Specialists
• Partner with clients and internal teams to identify training needs
• Manage training KPIs and compliance initiatives
