Qualifications

• 10+ years in Directional Drilling, MWD/LWD, motors, RSS, or BHA optimization.
• Strong wellbore data interpretation, KPIs, and performance drivers.
• Experience with operators in shale basins like Vaca Muerta.
• Ability to manage technical sales cycles and influence stakeholders.
• Excellent communication translating tech into commercial value.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the commercial strategy for Directional Drilling Services in Vaca Muerta.
• Manage full sales cycle: prospecting, technical scoping, pricing, proposals, contracts.
• Build relationships with operators such as YPF, Vista, Tecpetrol, Pampa, Pluspetrol, Capex.
• Deliver technical presentations and post‑well analysis to show value.
• Collaborate with operations, engineering, and product lines for service quality.
• Identify cross‑sell and upsell in bits, fluids, motors, MWD/LWD, RSS.
• Support tenders and contract renewals; maintain CRM forecasts.
• Ensure compliance with local HSE and company standards.
