Worldwide Clinical Trials is seeking a Manager, Talent Acquisition to lead the global recruitment strategy. The role requires managing a team of recruiters and collaborating with HR partners to forecast and fulfill hiring needs.

You will drive candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing and offers while maintaining a high-quality candidate experience and consistent employer branding across regions.
