Sheraton Buenos Aires is seeking a Guest Experience Expert to guide guests through their stay, handle check-in/check-out, and ensure a memorable visit. You will be empowered to address guest requests, coordinate with departments, and contribute to daily operation efficiency.

Strong English skills and a background in hospitality are preferred; prior experience in housekeeping, front desk, or hotel coordination is valued.

Formación

Guest Experience Experts will be on their feet and moving around (stand, sit, or walk for an extended time) and taking a hands-on approach to work (move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds without assistance). Doing all these things well (and other reasonable job duties as requested) is critical for Guest Experience Experts - to get it right for our guests and our business each and every time.

Required Education

• Tertiary studies in Hospitality, Tourism, Hotel Management, or related fields.

Specialized Knowledge

• Proficiency in Opera PMS, Opera Cloud, and the Amadeus platform.
• Knowledge of Housekeeping operations and guest service standards.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, and Outlook).
• Excellent telephone communication skills and the ability to coordinate effectively across departments.

Required Experience

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in operational roles within Housekeeping, Front Desk, or hotel coordination.
• Experience in room status tracking, handling guest requests, and coordinating with operational departments.

• Strong organizational and planning skills, with the ability to manage operational situations effectively.
• Ability to maintain performance and make sound decisions in high-demand operational environments.
• Ability to adapt to change and respond effectively to challenging operational situations.
• Service-oriented mindset and ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
• Flexible availability and willingness to work varying schedules.
• Intermediate to advanced English proficiency preferred.
