PwC Acceleratio n Center Buenos Aires seeks an External Audit - Manager to lead audit engagements, mentor staff, and deliver independent financial statement confidence across clients. You’ll plan, budget, and execute audits, address client issues, and ensure high-quality outcomes in a collaborative, technology-enabled environment.

The role requires deep auditing expertise, US CPA or equivalent, and strong English communication within a hybrid setup spanning Buenos Aires, Córdoba or Mendoza.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Public Accounting is required.
• At least 4 years of experience in Auditing and Accounting.
• US Licensed CPA or Public Accountant is preferred.
• Oral and written proficiency in English required.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct comprehensive audits of financial statements to assess accuracy and compliance.
• Evaluate internal controls and governance processes to identify improvement areas.
• Lead audit engagements and ensure timely completion and quality.
• Analyze financial data to detect misstatements or irregularities.
• Collaborate with clients to understand business operations and reporting needs.
• Develop audit plans and strategies aligned with regulatory requirements.
• Mentor junior staff to enhance audit skills.
• Follow accounting standards to guide procedures.
• Address complex audit issues and provide solutions to enhance client satisfaction.
• Review audit findings and prepare detailed reports for stakeholders.
• Promote innovative audit techniques and technologies to improve efficiency.
