PwC Acceleration Center Buenos Aires is seeking a Manager to oversee multiple projects, ensuring delivery within scope, budget, and time. You will lead cross‑functional teams across Advisory, Assurance, Tax and Business Services and mentor staff to achieve quality outcomes.

You will drive governance, manage risks, and coach colleagues while fostering an innovative, inclusive culture that aligns with PwC’s purpose and values.

Formación

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• At least 4 years of experience.
• Oral and written proficiency in English required.

As a Project Manager within our Internal Firm Services practice, you will oversee and coordinate various projects to facilitate successful delivery within budget and timeline. You will leverage strong organizational and communication skills to effectively manage teams and stakeholders. As a Manager, you will enhance your leadership style by motivating, developing, and inspiring others to deliver quality. You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team members’ unique strengths, and managing performance to deliver on client expectations. With your growing knowledge of how business works, you play an important role in identifying opportunities that contribute to the success of our Firm. You are expected to lead with integrity and authenticity, articulating our purpose and values in a meaningful way.
