Warner Bros. Discovery in Argentina is seeking a Project Coordinator to support our Global Project Engineering team. You will organize and drive engineering initiatives, coordinate plans, budgets and documentation, and work with stakeholders across departments.

Ideal candidates have 1-2 years of project management experience, strong English, and proven ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines in a fast-paced media/tech environment.

Formación

• Minimum 1–2 years of project management experience (media/tech industry preferred).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Advanced English skills.
• Knowledge of live production workflows, technology and control rooms.
• Understanding of project budgeting and financial processes.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate complex technical projects from initiation through design, budgeting, buildout, documentation and handover.
• Develop, maintain and monitor project plans, timelines and deliverables.
• Track tasks, budgets, work hours, procurement and delivery lead times.
• Communicate regularly with stakeholders to manage requests, share progress, socialise deadlines and provide updates.
• Organise and lead stakeholder meetings, prepare and deliver presentation materials.
