  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 3-5 years in Consulting, Investment Banking, or Corporate Strategy in media/entertainment or DTC.

Responsabilidades

  • Oversee planning and monitoring of the pipeline for original productions in negotiation and development.
  • Lead regular cross-functional meetings to monitor progress of projects.
  • Manage the title approval process for originals in Latin America to final approval.
  • Handle operational processes for content development, translations, and tracking tools.
  • Coordinate payments related to original developments with Finance, Legal, and Acquisitions.
  • Support collection and tracking of materials, approvals, and deliverables for evaluations and greenlights.
  • Prepare presentations, reports, and executive materials for leaders and management.
  • Contribute to design and optimization of processes to boost efficiency and ROI.

Your New Role

The Lead, Original Production Planning, is responsible for overseeing the development, planning, and implementation of the original production plan for Latin America, coordinating collaboration among the Development, Production, Finance, and Legal departments, as well as other regional and global teams, to ensure the proper execution of projects, the achievement of key milestones, visibility into the content pipeline, and the optimization of processes that contribute to the achievement of business objectives.

Your Role Accountabilities
  • Manage the planning and monitoring of the pipeline of original productions in negotiation and development, ensuring visibility of key milestones, early identification of risks, and the implementation of actions that support compliance with the content plan.
  • Lead regular meetings with the Development, Acquisitions, and Legal teams to monitor the progress of projects in negotiation and development.
  • Comprehensively manage the title approval process for original productions in Latin America, coordinating with the teams involved until final approval is granted.
  • Manage operational processes associated with content development, including managing translations, receiving projects, and updating tracking tools.
  • Manage and track payments related to original developments in coordination with the Finance, Legal, and Acquisitions departments.
  • Support the collection and tracking of materials, approvals, and deliverables required for evaluation and greenlight processes.
  • Prepare presentations, reports, and executive materials for leaders and management teams.
  • Collaborate on the design, improvement, and optimization of processes that increase operational efficiency and maximize the return on content investments.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 3-5 years of work experience, including 1-3 years in Consulting, Investment Banking, and/or Corporate Strategy -- particularly in the media and entertainment and / or direct-to-consumer space
  • Experience in building executive-level materials, with a keen eye for presentation design, and the ability to distill complex concepts and analyses into clear, easy-to-understand presentations
  • Flexible to manage many simultaneous projects with changing deadlines, involving cross-functional projects and multicultural teams.
  • Excellent analytical skills and financial modeling capabilities, with a deep attention to detail
  • Passion for entertainment, love for content and avid viewer, as well as a passion for staying on top of industry trends while figuring out what the future will look like with a relentless focus on creating and improving consumer value.
  • Possess a high level of intellectual curiosity, focus on generating results, and exhibit the highest personal and professional standards of integrity and ethics
  • Ability to learn tools and improve processes & workflows. Fosters continues improvement, customer oriented and results driven.
  • Strong Strategic Thinking: engaging in broad, complex, and dynamic business
