EY Global Delivery Services (GDS) is hiring a senior BMC Project Manager Coordination and Enablement - Assistant Director. You will drive cross-vertical programs, lead governance, and manage global stakeholders and program staff.

The role emphasizes strategic leadership, risk/ROI focus, and close collaboration with senior leaders across multiple time zones to deliver complex engagements.

Formación

• Minimum 12+ years of corporate experience with 10+ years in core PM.
• Experience managing end-to-end programs or portfolios.
• Experience setting up program governance frameworks.
• Proven ability to create and manage project artifacts (plans, RACI, risk logs, budgets).
• Hands-on PM experience across Traditional, Agile and Hybrid projects.

Responsabilidades

• Drive long-term strategy programs across multiple verticals.
• Develop partnerships with onshore stakeholder groups via BMC strategies.
• Provide consultation for plans and programs to meet client needs.
• Manage end-to-end Program Life cycle including governance and interdependencies.
• Plan and control budgets, cost estimation and earned value management.
• Lead staffing, training, supervision, and performance evaluation.
• Oversee negotiations, risk management and ROI optimization.
• Coordinate global programs with senior leadership across time zones.
