Job summary

Monks is hiring a Global IT support administrator to join a hybrid team delivering office and remote IT support across LATAM and beyond. You will tackle first-line issues, manage onboarding/offboarding, and help maintain security and asset management.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in IT support, strong English, and hands-on experience with Google Workspace, Jamf, Crowdstrike, Office365, Slack, Freshservice, and AD/PowerShell.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of IT support experience.
• Strong English communication, written and spoken.
• Experience with general ticketing systems and IT troubleshooting.
• Extensive Mac/macOS knowledge; Windows knowledge a plus.
• Hands-on with MDM software, Google Workspace, AD, PowerShell.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line IT support globally via ticketing system, LATAM focus.
• Offer in-office IT support to Buenos Aires office 5 days a week or case-by-case.
• Onboard/offboard employee accounts and manage lifecycles.
• Audit and maintain IT policy documentation and asset management.
• Support networking, VPNs, firewalls, and enterprise security tools.
