Qualifications

• 3+ years of IT support experience.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Extensive Mac and macOS knowledge.
• Experience with ticketing systems and basic IT troubleshooting.
• Hands-on experience with MDM software, Google Workspace, asset management, Microsoft Active Directory, and PowerShell.
• Knowledge of MS365, Adobe, Azure, Slack, networking, firewalls, VPNs, and enterprise antivirus products.

Responsibilities

• Deliver IT support globally via ticketing system with focus on LATAM region issues.
• Provide in-office IT support at Buenos Aires office 5 days per week.
• Offer first-line troubleshooting support via video call and Slack chat.
• Handle onboarding and offboarding of employee accounts and technology, including account lifecycle management.
• Audit and maintain IT policies, procedures, documentation, and inventory/asset management systems.
