EY Global Delivery Services seeks a Global Information Security Strategist to shape and implement long-term information security strategy across the firm. Lead with the Global Lead for Information Security Strategy and Research to align security initiatives with business objectives and growth.

The role combines deep security expertise with business acumen, requiring collaboration with executive leadership and multiple service lines to stay ahead of evolving threats and market needs.

Formación

• Ten+ years in strategy development, organizational change, or process improvement with significant security exposure.
• At least ten years of information security or information technology experience.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or Information Technology, or equivalent experience.

Responsabilidades

• Define and drive long-term information security program strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Collaborate with senior leaders to anticipate future changes in services, technologies, and client requirements.
• Build awareness and champion the security strategy across the organization; drive adoption and risk reduction.
• Analyze operational effectiveness and stakeholder feedback to optimize security processes.
• Monitor emerging security technologies and industry trends to inform the strategy.
• Identify strategic opportunities for innovation and develop business cases for new investments.
