Active searches is seeking a commercially driven Senior Growth Manager to manage and expand a portfolio of high-value merchants across international markets, with a strong focus on Asia. You will travel frequently, open doors others can't, and drive sustainable revenue growth in a fast-paced fintech environment while acting as a trusted advisor to merchants.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, Product, Compliance and Risk to ensure seamless onboarding and ongoing success.
Formación
- Existing portfolio of merchant relationships in Asia with China, Southeast Asia, Eastern Europe, or Africa as a plus.
- Proven track record in Account Management, Business Development, Sales, or Merchant Success.
- Strong grasp of cross-border payments, merchant acquiring, and payment optimization.
- Experience in high-risk verticals (online gaming, adult entertainment, crypto) is a differentiator.
- Experience with tools such as Looker, Confluence, Jira, Zendesk, HubSpot or similar tools is a plus.

- Build and grow a portfolio of strategic merchants as their primary contact and trusted advisor.
- Own day-to-day management of merchant requests, ensuring timely resolution and exceptional client experience.
