Anyone Ai Inc. is seeking a Data Migration Lead to join a remote role focused on planning and executing large-scale data migration initiatives for a global client in the automotive sector.

The role requires coordinating cross-functional teams, defining migration approaches, and implementing quality controls, with daily work conducted in English and 9:00 AM–5:00 PM UTC hours. This is a 100% remote, full-time position.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Data Migration Lead or Team Lead in large-scale programs.
• Strong knowledge of data migration methodology: extraction, transformation, cleansing, validation and loading.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams across multiple workstreams.
• Ability to define migration controls and risk management strategies.
• Experience in S/4HANA or similar ERP migration programs (preferred).
• Intermediate to advanced English – interviews and daily work in English.
