Anyone Ai Inc. seeks a Data Migration Lead to orchestrate a global data migration program for a major automotive manufacturer, working within a multinational consulting framework. You will drive planning, risk management, and cross-functional coordination to ensure a reliable transition to the target ERP system.

The position requires strong data migration expertise, experience with S/4HANA migrations, and fluency in English. Remote-friendly with UTC working hours (9:00 AM–5:00 PM).

Competenze

• Experience as a Data Migration Lead or Team Lead in large-scale enterprise programs.
• Knowledge of data migration steps: extraction, transformation, cleansing, validation and loading.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams across multiple workstreams.
• Ability to define migration controls and risk management strategies; ERP migrations (S/4HANA preferred).
• Intermediate to advanced English; interviews and daily work in English.
• UTC timezone availability, 9:00–17:00.

• Define the data migration approach, methodology and quality controls

• Ensure a smooth and reliable transition with minimal disruption
• Report migration status and progress to senior stakeholders

Required Skills

• Proven experience as a Data Migration Lead or Team Lead in large-scale enterprise programs
• Strong knowledge of data migration methodology : extraction, transformation, cleansing, validation and loading
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams across multiple workstreams
• Ability to define migration controls and risk management strategiesExperience working in S/4HANA or similar ERP migration programs (preferred)
• Intermediate to advanced English - interviews and daily work conducted in English
• Availability to work in UTC timezone (9:00 AM - 5:00 PM)
