Anyone Ai Inc. is seeking a Data Migration Lead to spearhead end-to-end data migration projects for a global automotive client from a remote location. You will define migration approaches, manage cross-functional teams, and ensure data quality and risk controls throughout the program.

The role requires strong experience with data migration methodologies, ERP migration programs (S/4HANA preferred), and excellent English communication, with availability in UTC working hours.

Competenze

• Proven experience as a Data Migration Lead or Team Lead in large-scale programs.
• Strong knowledge of data migration processes: extraction, transformation, cleansing, validation, loading.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams across multiple workstreams.
• Experience defining migration controls and risk management strategies.
• Experience with S/4HANA or ERP migration programs is preferred.
• English - intermediate/advanced; interviews in English.
• Willingness to work in UTC timezone (9:00–17:00).

Join the team supporting one of the world's largest automotive manufacturers, working within a global consulting firm to lead the planning and execution of a critical data migration program. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, define the migration approach and controls, and manage risks to ensure a smooth and reliable transition to the target system.
