Payoneer Inc. is seeking a Content Manager for the LATAM region, based in Buenos Aires, to shape regional content strategy and drive awareness, pipeline, and activation in Spanish and Portuguese markets.

You will lead multi-market content creation, localization, and SEO initiatives while collaborating with marketing, sales, and partners to deliver high-impact campaigns across Brazil, Mexico, Colombia, Argentina, and beyond.

Formación

• 6+ years in content, editorial or growth marketing with multi-market scope.
• Exceptional writing and editing in Spanish and English; Portuguese is a meaningful advantage.
• Strong positioning instincts in complex B2B landscapes.
• Fluent in localization across Spanish-speaking markets and Brazil.
• Experience mapping content to pipeline, onboarding drop-off and activation metrics.
• Experience managing agencies across markets to ensure performance.
• Strong project management and ability to juggle multiple priorities.
• Familiar with LATAM fintech landscape and local media awareness.

Responsabilidades

• Own regional content strategy and defend it commercially, linking output to KPIs across markets.
• Write and produce content that converts: blogs, web copy, emails, case studies, social.
• Develop positioning addressing LATAM pain points for SMBs, freelancers and marketplace sellers.
• Lead localization to Spanish and Portuguese for native-sounding content that converts.
• Drive SEO/visibility for LATAM and build earned media presence.
• Manage agencies across markets and QA content against briefs and outcomes.
• Surface LATAM insights to global teams and ensure regional relevance in campaigns.
• Adapt content cadence in volatile markets and adjust messaging accordingly.
• Track and optimize content performance with a dashboard.
