Qualifications

• Proficiency in a foreign language is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Understand and perform new tasks and updates rolled out by Shift & Team Leads.
• Suggest process improvements to drive efficiencies and improve the team's work quality.
• Lead communication between stakeholders and supporting teams as needed.
• Research valuable help and information for those affected by disasters.
