Job summary

Cognizant is seeking an Optimization Representative in Buenos Aires to help advertisers improve digital campaign performance through data-driven recommendations and strategic optimization. The role collaborates with Account Managers, Strategists, and clients across global markets, in a hybrid setup with 2–3 days in-office.

Ideal candidates have a marketing/communications background, strong English and Spanish, and experience with Google Ads, Excel, and analytics to drive ROI for diverse accounts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field.
• Experience in customer-facing roles, digital marketing, or advertising environments.
• Understanding of digital marketing and online advertising concepts.
• Experience with Google Ads campaign management and optimization.

Responsibilities

• Optimize and improve performance of digital advertising accounts across Search, Display, Video, Shopping, and App campaigns.
• Analyze campaign performance data and identify opportunities to increase effectiveness, efficiency, and ROI.
• Build, organize, and restructure advertising accounts to align with business goals and best practices.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to provide strategic recommendations and performance insights.
• Create, adapt, and localize keywords, ad copy, and assets with cultural nuances and objectives.
• Deliver high-quality work within timelines for complex and high-value accounts.
• Contribute to positive customer experience through effective communication and solution-oriented support.
