Pencil is hiring to join a remote-enabled team focused on integrating GenAI into scalable creative workflows. You will connect insight, concept, copy, imagery, and video into robust systems under art direction, ensuring quality and strategic alignment.

This role emphasizes the systems side—building, scaling, and governing agents and workflows with a creative sensibility. You will work with clients and creative teams, lead trainings, and help translate operational challenges into technical plans,

Formación

• 2-3 years’ experience in advertising creative development.
• Experience with GenAI tools such as ChatGPT, Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Gemini etc.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud.

Responsabilidades

• Meet with clients and stakeholders to understand workflows and requirements.
• Design and build production-grade prompts, workflows, agents, and creative systems.
• Lead training, workshops, and documentation for internal and client use.
• Evaluate emerging AI models and provide structured feedback to Product and Engineering.
