TransPerfect Digital is seeking a GenAI Content Marketing Strategist – Agent Builder to configure, test, and optimize AI agents within Aura, TransPerfect Digital’s AI marketing OS. You will translate client requirements into prompts, workflows, and testing criteria for high-quality outputs.

The role requires 2–3 years in digital marketing, strong English communication, and hands-on experience with Generative AI tools for marketing, content, and workflows.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of digital marketing or related experience.
• Experience translating business requirements into prompts and workflows.
• Experience with Generative AI tools for marketing and content workflows.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Support build, configuration, testing, and optimization of AI agents in Aura.
• Translate client requirements and brand guidelines into agent prompts, knowledge inputs, and testing criteria.
• Support Aura agent use cases across content creation, adaptation, optimization, and research workflows.
• Develop, test, and refine prompts and agent workflows for quality and consistency.
• Conduct QA and document recommended changes for Aura agents.
• Collaborate with product, strategy, and client services for successful Aura implementations.
• Assist in client onboarding, demonstrations, training, and documentation for Aura.
• Track agent performance and user feedback to improve prompts and workflows.
• Stay current on Generative AI tools and marketing applications.
