Traze is seeking a GenAI Content Marketing Strategist – Agent Builder to configure and optimize AI agents within Aura, TransPerfect Digital’s AI marketing platform. You will translate client needs into prompts and workflows, supporting content creation, research, and governance across multiple teams.

The role demands 2–3 years in digital marketing, strong English communication, and hands-on experience with Generative AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini to drive marketing outcomes.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in digital marketing, content marketing, copywriting, content operations, SEO, social, or related discipline.
• Bachelor’s degree in Digital Marketing, Marketing, Communications, Business, Computer Science, Data Science, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Exceptional communication skills in English, written and verbal.

• Configure, test, and optimize client-specific AI agents within Aura.
• Translate client requirements and brand guidelines into agent prompts and workflows.
• Support Aura agent use cases across content creation, research, and marketing workflows.
